The Intel Compute Stick is one of the most anticipated stick computers of 2015, after its official announcement in January at CES 2015. The device is available for pre-orders from today. It comes in two different versions, with Linux and Windows and you can order from various websites retail. The device will ship later this month or early May 2015.
The Intel Compute Stick Linux version runs with Ubuntu and costs 50 dollars cheaper than the Windows model. The Windows model costs about 150 dollars, but it carries 2GB RAM (instead of 1GB RAM using Ubuntu) or 32GB storage.

Note that while the Windows version of the Intel Compute Stick has 32GB of eMMC storage, the Ubuntu model only has 8GB of eMMC storage. However, the device with Ubuntu costs $50 cheaper than the model that uses Windows 8.1.
