The Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate has attempted to investigate online pornography of minors and pornographic representations of minors on-line in the context of an internet business on the Internet and has filed a case file against 60hrono alien

From the International Criminal Investigation Division of the Hellenic Police, an 60 foreign alien was identified as an international business and a case filed against him for pornography of minors via the Internet and pornographic representations of minors was formed.
In particular, the investigation of the case began following the appropriate utilization and analysis of information-elements, carried out by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, according to which the owner of an e-mail box was talking to others users του Internet, σχετικά με την καταβολή ποσού, με αντάλλαγμα είτε τη ζωντανή μετάδοση (live streaming) παιδιών που επιδίδονται σε σεξουαλικές πράξεις είτε τη δυνατότητα συνάντησης του ιδίου με παιδιά, με σκοπό την επίτευξη ασελγούς πράξης σε βάρος αυτών.
The data of the investigation were brought to the attention of the Athens First Instance Prosecutor's Office and a relevant Order and Will of the Athens Criminal Council was issued, to lift the secrecy of the communications. From the utilization of the research data, the involvement of the 60-year-old foreigner in the case emerged.
In September, a police station at the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate went to the address that 60 was working on, where from the fieldwork it was found that he was now working and living permanently abroad in a country in Europe.
They were then informed, directly through police co-operation, by the competent authorities of the European country, in order to take all the necessary action, by jurisdiction.
As part of the investigation, it also emerged that the chronicle space από 23/12/2011έως και 30/3/2015 ο 60χρονος πραγματοποίησε διακόσιες ογδόντα τέσσερις (284) συναλλαγές στις Φιλιππίνες, που αφορούσαν, είτε τη ζωντανή μετάδοση (live streaming) παιδιών που επιδίδονται σε σεξουαλικές πράξεις είτε τη δυνατότητα συνάντησης του ιδίου με παιδιά με σκοπό την επίτευξη ασελγούς πράξης σε βάρος αυτών.
The case file has been submitted to the appropriate Prosecutor's Office.
From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, targeted online surveys are ongoing, in the framework of international businesses and actions, to tackle and combat pornography of minors through the Internet.
