Other women are also portrayed in these records, the details of which are sought to be calibrated, while allegedly being detached from them, in a similar way of action, for fraudulent and economic exploitation
The Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office has investigated a case involving a violation of the laws on personal data, unlawful violence and pimping, acts committed through the Internet, against 38's own home.
For this case, 50, a long-time national, was arrested in the instant proceedings, at the expense of which a relevant case was filed.
Investigation of the case began with a complaint from 38House in the Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, according to which 2003 responding to an ad for professional product photography for a fee, came in contact with 50year arrested.
According to the complaint, after 50, 38man persuaded 12 to take a naked photo and then threatened to keep it (for XNUMX consecutive years) that he would communicate these photos to the Internet and to family members of the environment, forcing it into further naked photographs.
From the middle of the year 2004, 50, using the same threats, forced 38 to engage in erotic encounters with unknown people for a monetary fee, even exerting acts of violence against her in order to curb her objections.
From 2008, 50 was using 38 only for naked shots because of a reported suicide attempt, and 2014 was also forcing her to take her clothes off in front of a PC camera connected to the internet on a live connection through a specific web site where the user paid an online subscription.
The above complaints were brought to the attention of the Athens First Instance Prosecutor's Office and the denergy preliminary examination, for their investigation, as well as the provision of the necessary information and data by the competent telecommunications and Internet service providers.
As part of the preliminary examination, a thorough and thorough police and digital-internet search of the digital data and data was carried out and the 50-year-old native was identified as involved in the illegal activity.
Following the above, as part of the investigation of the case, yesterday morning (15-9-2015), searches were carried out, in the presence of a Judicial Officer, in the house and in the area work of the 50-year-old, where his participation in the acts under investigation was also verified digitally.
In particular, from the on-site digital search of the electronic storage media held by the 50-year-old (computers, servers, etc.), hundreds of files (photos, videos) of erotic content were found and confiscated, depicting - apart from the 38-year-old - and other naked women. which are sought to be verified. These files were allegedly extracted in a similar manner, with the aim of their fraudulent and financial exploitation.
More specifically, they were found and confiscated:
• Fixed PC, which contains (4) internal hard drives in RAID,
• fixed PC used as a server (server) files, containing (3) internal hard drives,
• (120) photos with naked women and photo album with (31) photos of similar content and
• two (2) memory cards
In addition, receipts of payment transactions were found and confiscated in the name of the 50-year-old from the controversial website, which demonstrate his speculation from the above illegal activity.
The confiscated digital evidence will be sent to the Directorate of Criminological Investigations, for the appropriate laboratory examinations, while at the same time the participation - involvement of the 50-year-old in any other similar and related criminal acts is being investigated.
The arrested person will be led, at the expense of the file, to the Prosecutor's Office of Athens.
