A case of spontaneous proceedings was filed by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate against a 31-year-old citizen for pornography of minors via Internet
The arrested possessed a number of hard pornographic material for minors
From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, a court case file was filed, against 31hronik, for pornographic minors via the Internet.
In particular, the Directorate for the Prosecution of Electronic Crime was informed by Interpol, that Internet users through IP addresses in our country possessed and had the opportunity to distribute on the Internet three (3) archives (video) of hard child pornography.
For the above, the Athens Prosecutor's Office was informed and, following the publication of a notice on the privacy of the communications, via the Internet, the data was identified and the action of 31 chronology was verified.
In an investigation carried out yesterday (09-07-2014) at his home in Kefalonia, in the presence of a judicial official, they found a hard drive PC and one (1) portable H/Y in which, after an on-site inspection, a number of files of child pornography material were found.
Seized evidence will be sent to the Criminal Investigation Division for laboratory tests.
The arrested person in the case filed to him will be brought to the Prosecutor's Office of Athens.
