O Internet Explorer, Microsoft's browser closed 21 after it was first released on 16 August 1995.
Internet Explorer 1 was first released with Windows 95 as part of the Microsoft Plus Jumpstart Kit. What is interesting is that Internet Explorer 1 was developed by a team of six developers.
Today, Microsoft's browser reaches 11, and is no longer a top priority for the company that is developing the new Edge browser.
The development of Microsoft Edge was essential mainly because a company must compete with other market browsers, such as Chrome and Firefox, which Internet Explorer could not do.
Internet Explorer will no longer have new versions, features, and improvements, but Microsoft will continue to repair the new vulnerabilities that are presented and all security issues.
So apparently, Internet Explorer's market share will drop rapidly, and statistics show Google Chrome the undisputed leader in the world of browsers with a market share of more than 50 per cent.
