Joomla has reached version 3.5.0, adding many features, with full PHP 7 support and with double speed.
First of all, the Joomla 3.5 is the first version to fully support PHP 7, the latest major version of PHP.
PHP 7 support has done wonders for Joomla, as its developers report that the new 3.5 version is twice as fast when running in PHP 7, and also consumes half the memory over previous versions.
