Tomorrow the decision about Julian Assange

After more than three years at Ecuador's Embassy in London, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange said he would be handed over to the British police if the United Nations decides that it is not being prosecuted illegally.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said Monday he would "soon" leave Ecuador's embassy in London but his organization played down the comment, saying he would not depart until there was an agreement with Britain's government. Assange took refuge in June 2012 in the Ecadorian Embassy to avoid extradition to Sweden, where he faces allegations of rape and sexual molestation, which he strongly denies. Assange resorted to Ecuador's embassy in London after 2012 was granted asylum by Ecuador. The problems started in 2010 in London after a warrant from Sweden was issued because it allegedly raped two women during his stay in the Scandinavian country.

2014, Assange submits an application (PDF) to the UN requesting to be released from his arbitrary detention at the Ecuadorian Embassy. The Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (WGAD) is expected to announce its findings from Assange's February 5 February 2016 investigations.

In a tweet from the official WikiLeaks account, Julian Assange said he would agree to be arrested by UK police if the group of the UN decides against his application.

He added that if WGAD's decision is in favor, he expects to return his passport and stop all his further arrest attempts.

Assange has been in the spotlight for years after starting Wikileaks in 2006. The controversial has released dozens of classified documents over the past few years, and of course has made many enemies in very high government positions.

So let's wait and see what the UN commission decides θα
