Kaspersky Lab announced the release of the second for the company Corporate Social Responsibility Report. The report describes the company's technological, educational and philanthropic initiatives that help communities build and make our world a better place.
The report is presented in the form of stories designed to highlight in a simple and understandable way the importance of Kaspersky Lab's corporate social responsibility project.
The technology section is dedicated to the evolution of digital crime. Discusses the latter technologies developed by Kaspersky Lab to prevent digital crime, helping to make the world a better place. Also presented is the company's view of the digital security threats the world will face through 2020 as Internet of Things innovations accelerate.
It is worth noting that the report also focuses on Kaspersky Lab's educational initiatives, such as the Kaspersky Academy Talent Lab and the Kaspersky Cyberheroes, a student-friendly tournament.
Another very important point in the report is dedicated to supporting Kaspersky Lab in the Athens Archaeological Society for the Cape. The project aims to preserve the ruins of an ancient settlement discovered by archaeologists in the middle of 20 century.
With the European Schoolnet (EUN), the company has also launched several important initiatives for online child safety, parent education and the development of effective security solutions.
In the "philanthropy" section they share stories that can be an inspiration for various social and voluntary programs in which Kaspersky Lab employees participate. These programs include such activities as teaching children at the Udomlya Orphanage in Russia, advising children on online safety in school, blood donation and environmental protection.
At the same time, Kaspersky Lab 's support is analyzed in non - profit institutions such as the BRAC: the company provides Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business for the protection of the organization's networks and financial services.
