Η Microsoft has just released the third cumulative update for Windows 10 within 18 of the official release of the new operating system. It is a living proof that the company takes an approach of delivering updates at a very fast pace.
The company said that Windows Update KB 3081438, came to replace the KB3081436 Cumulative update of Window 10 released on 11 August 2015.

As mentioned before KB 3081438 is a cumulative update, i.e. it contains all the improvements contained in the previous versions, on two previous cumulative updates that is.
