Microsoft released KB5006738 for Windows 10 in versions 21H2, 20H2, and 2004 through Windows Update and WSUS (Windows Server Update Services).
If you want to pass the update to multiple devices or do not have an active internet connection, Microsoft has released the same update as an offline installer.
KB5006738 is part of the October 2021 cumulative updates and can be installed via Windows Update. This update is optional and does not include security fixes. This means that Microsoft will not install it automatically (without your permission).
Optional update KB5006738 will raise the build number in Windows 10 Build 19043.1320. If you are using the 20H2 version, build 19042.1320, while the 2004 version after the update will have Build 19041.1320.
The update fixes the same bugs in all versions of Windows 10.
