The KDE Project he said today the release of the fourth updated desktop environment KDE Plasma 5.14, in version 5.14.4.
Highlights of KDE Plasma 5.14.4 update include improved support Flatpak and better display of updates in Plasma Discover, an updated weather plugin, as well as improved contrast in Folder View for better compatibility with some wallpapers and themes.
The items updated in it include Plasma Desktop, Plasma Discover, Plasma Workspace, Plasma Audio Volume Control, Plasma Networkmanager (plasma-nm), plasma-browser-integration, Plasma Addons, Breeze, KScreen, KWin, and kactivitymanager.
The update brings 45 additional changes, which you can see at changelog. 
"Today KDE Project releases a bugfix update for KDE Plasma 5, version 5.14.4 Plasma 5.14 was released in October with many feature optimizations and new functionalities. This version adds new translations and corrections by KDE contributors. The corrections are usually small but important ", the official announcement states.
The next scheduled update for the KDE Plasma 5.14 desktop environment will be KDE Plasma 5.14.5, and is expected to be released on January 8, 2019. This update will be the last of the 5.14 series.
