The developers of the powerful, free, open source digital painting software Krita have released the version of Krita 4.0.2. The release has not been officially announced yet, but will be in the next few hours.
The Krita app is one Processor graphics used by Qt 5 and KDE 5 framework.
Krita is designed as an advanced digital painting application.
Cross Platform application has been affected to some extent by closed software such as Corel Painter and SAI. Along with some basic functionality, the app packs a few different features than most apps of its kind, including the ability to work with both bitmap and vector graphics.
Application developers are also trying to simplify user interaction and focus on features that are more relevant to painting and drawing.
Krita is free software distributed under the GNU General Public License (version 2). It was originally released as part of KOffice version 1.4.0 on June 21, 2005.
The program can run in Windows environments (released in Windows Store), Linux, and Mac OSX for both the x64 or x86 architectures.
Caution: The app in Windows Store is charged.
