New Linux Lite 3.0: Linux Lite is a Linux distribution, based on Ubuntu, and was created by a group of developers headed by Jerry Bezencon.

The preinstalled software on Linux Lite is: LibreOffice Suite, Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird, Lightweight AbiWord, Gimp, System Backup Utility, VLC, and more.
The installer is approximately 800MB, and requires a DVD or USB stick.
The minimum hardware requirements are: a 700 MHz processor, 512MB RAM, and a 1024x768 VGA resolution monitor, although a larger processor is recommended and μνήμη RAM.
