Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia KDE and Xfce: Days After publication of iGuRu.gr The Linux Mint development team has officially announced the availability of Cinnamon and MATE editions of the latest Mint Linux 18.3 "Sylvia" operating system.
Today the developers of the Project they announced the KDE and Xfce versions.
The distribution runs Linux Kernel 4.10 from Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS (Xenial Xerus) and includes many new features and improvements, along with updated packages uploaded to the repositories software.

The new Linux Mint 18.3 "Sylvia" includes a new Reporting System to help users more easily report any system crashes, improvements to various XApps of the project, such as the Xed text editor and the Xreader PDF viewer. You'll find a login screen that allows you better configuration, and out-of-the-box support for spell checking in various languages.
Redshift is now installed by default.
