The following article presents a way to download the Windows iso using the Network condition programming tool using MS Edge (chromium) and which is identical for almost all browsers.

Click the three dots on the right in the bar and select
Read more tools → Programming tools
In the new subfolder, select the three dots on the right → More tools → Network conditions
With this option we change the "network conditions" in which we navigate to the current one by clicking here. Until now it is navigation from a stationary computer.
We will choose simulation to navigate from Android mobile.
We select Select automatically
and from the list that is activated we choose Chrome- Android Mobile or Tablet (try with other devices)

What exactly did we do with the above steps?

Note, we do not change the navigation behavior of our browser but only of the current tab on which we loaded the web page.
You can experiment with this tool on other websites by facilitating, for example, downloading and saving videos displayed on them such as e.g. on facebook, netflix etc.
