Also, if you have files stored in multiple iCloud libraries, tags allow you to organize them all together in different projects. So, if you're organizing an event, tag the guest list you've saved in the Numbers app, the flyer you've designed in the Pages app, and the presentation that you created in Keynote and see them all with one click, organized into a project, in a single Finder window.
