Manjaro Linux 18.0 has just been released

Manjaro Linux 18.0: The Manjaro distribution is based on Arch Linux and aims to make things easier for beginners of Linux.

The installer (Calamares) who the distribution is very easy to use and very fast.

Today, Manjaro Linux 18.0 was released today (Manjaro-Illyria 18.0). The new version runs on Linux Kernel 4.19, which will be supported in the long term (long term ).

It comes with several fixes to the Pamac package manager and updates to Manjaro manager.

The 4.19 LTS kernel is used for this release, as are the latest available predrivers that exist to date.

The graphical interface for installing and removing older Kernels has improved and at the time of release it supports eight core rows, from the very stable 3.16 version to the latest 4.19 versions.
