One of the last things 19 has done for months Mia McKoy-Phanthavongsa was to smile at a photo he went to Facebook.
Immediately after her father, 22 time Merrick McKoy, shot her and then turned the barrel on herself.

McKoy's Facebook post Monday morning came after the infringement of a restraining order barring him from approaching the girl's mother, 21 Phanthavongsa family.
