The browser will use the new Microsoft Edge engine and will be the default browser for all Windows 10 devices.
The new program will provide several benefits for developers and a surprising consumer experience.
It will offer unique features such as the ability to write on web pages without distraction in reading, and use the Cortana service that will be integrated.
Those already experiencing Windows 10 have already seen the early versions of Project Spartan.
The browser first appeared in the new Windows 10 preview builds in March and on the phones in April.
