The offensive strategy upgradeMicrosoft's for Windows 10 could bring many problems to the company, as most users they are very angry with this approach.
A petition published on change.org by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) calls for an investigation into the practices of Pickupsoft, and forces users to install Windows 10.

“Microsoft's practices with the latest functional The system, called Windows 10, is unethical at best and malicious at worst," the report reads.
Until now, some 700 people have signed the petition, which aims to collect 1.000 signatures. The goal is most likely to be achieved as the news spreads very quickly throughout the web.
Microsoft has not yet commented on EFF's move, but there are a lot of chances to ignore it altogether.
