Microsoft, as we mentioned in an earlier post, is preparing a major review of how new features and enhancements are provided in Windows 10 through Windows Update.
In an effort to speed up the update process, Microsoft recently announcedWindows Feature Experience Pack', which is designed to provide users with features and updates as separate shots.
Windows Feature Experience Pack is currently available for Insiders watching the Windows Insider beta channel.

I am not sure I understand. The Feature Pack isn't a "Feature on Demand". Any Feature Pack update that goes to retail customers (eg non Insiders) gets wrapped up into the existing servicing we do. Think "C" preview releases, etc. There isn't any additional servicing happening.
