Microsoft as you already know doesn't want you to try Chrome or other browsers. Downloading the browser using Microsoft Edge is already full of notifications, but Microsoft doesn't seem to be stopping there.
Last weekend, it was noticed that an attempt to download Google Chrome through Microsoft Edge opened a sidebar with a poll, asking the user to explain to Microsoft why they want to download Google Chrome.
So if you go to the Chrome website with Edge, Microsoft's browser asks you to answer a questionnaire with the following questions:
