Microsoft has just manually released update KB5020953 for Windows 10 devices that have errors with OneDrive. You won't find the new update in Windows Update
Users had reported problems connecting to OneDrive on machineWindows 10 devices, even though they had all the updates installed. The error focuses on OneDrive being unable to start. The new update KB5020953 according to Microsoft resolves the OneDrive error, bringing everything back to normal.
The patch is not shipped as automatic update via Windows Update, as it must be downloaded and installed manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog, from here.
KB5020953 is a cumulative update, so you don't need to apply any previous updates before installing it. To get the standalone package for KB5020953, look for it in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
The fix for all other users who don't have problem, will be included in the next batch of cumulative updates released for Windows 10 devices as part of the November 2022 Patch Tuesday cycle.
