Microsoft has released some new cumulative updates for the Windows 10 in builds 1803, 1709, 1703, 1607 and Windows Server 2016.
Updates KB4346783, KB4343893, KB4343889 and KB4343884 they are not security updates but fix some Windows 10 themes.
Microsoft says that the above updates are available through Windows Update but also through the Microsoft Update catalog. But at the moment they don't show up in Windows Update at least locally.
