This cumulative update addressed Windows 10 version 1903 and version 1909, as the two have almost the same code and therefore receive the same updates. Microsoft says that a similar Internet connection error could also occur in Windows Server & Hosting of the 1903 and 1909 edition.
There is not much you can do at the moment, but the company claims that it is already developing a patch and that it will be released by mid-July, ie in the Patch Tuesday July July 2020.
The same cumulative update brings another problem that Microsoft has already acknowledged. This particular one theme forces Windows 10 Pro Education to install a genuine version of Windows 10 Education upon license activation.
"Windows 10 versions for education customers, such as Windows 10 Pro Education are based on the commercial version of Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Education is based on Windows 10 Enterprise. "This error is not expected to have a negative impact on our customers," said Microsoft.
And this error will be fixed, the company says.
