According to sources from Microsoft's interior, the company is thinking of stopping the hybrid laptop / tablet series Surface, because sales were lower than expected.
Η Microsoft had high expectations for the Surface series, but according to the company smartphones with large displays, "stole" his sales. Of course, the price of 1000 dollars is not very competitive with most solutions from other companies being considerably cheaper.
The first two generations of Surface brought to Microsoft losses of 1,7 million dollars and now the company expects less than 1 million sales for Surface Pro 3, targeting corporate users.
