Microsoft vows that no system will be updated unless its owner chooses it, but there seem to be more and more examples that this is not always the case. And the company's last mistake proves it. If you do not believe it, there are 120.000 witnesses.
If you are a game lover, you may have heard Erik Flom, a former professional Counter Strike Global Offensive player who is now a full-time streamer, according to his online profile.
During his most recent live stream, Flom was surprised to notice that his computer displayed a window of its autostart upgrades in the next one version of Windows 10 without any prior warning, prompt, message, or anything else.
The upgrade window suggested that after restarting his computer, he sit down and relax, because the whole process is done automatically….
"What. WHAT?! How did this happen? ”, He says in the live stream that you can watch from Twitch (upgrade to Windows 10 starts at 8:54).
Microsoft has not yet said anything about its latest gaffe, but in March, a company spokesperson said that the users always have full control to upgrade to Windows 10.
