Microsoft: plans to upgrade to Windows 10 without asking you

Η κυκλοφόρησε την εφαρμογή Get Windows 10 στα μέσα του 2015 για να διευκολύνει τη μετάβαση στο νέο system. The application automatically scans interested parties' computers for compatibility issues of the installed software and downloads the necessary files to start the installation.Windows 10 Forced Upgrade

Many times, however, we had heard of cases where an application "accidentally" started the process s in Windows 10, without the user's consent.

But apparently the mistake that was responsible for the forced installation of Windows 10 was nothing but the company's strategy of trying to push Windows 10 to as many computers as possible, according to a publication from Tom's Hardware.

It seems that Get Windows 10 starts scheduling the upgrade to Windows 10 without prompting the necessary rights, which means that the process can actually begin without them even knowing.

If you see the scheduled upgrade, the cancellation options are still there, but otherwise, the process could start as planned. In other words, Microsoft hopes you'll upgrade your PC to the new operating system, forcing the of the process, without notifying you of the scheduled upgrade.

On the other hand, since the offer of the free upgrade expires on 29 July, we could say that this problem will stop. But knowing Microsoft's high goal of installing Window 10 on one billion devices, we do not believe the company will stop its upgrade efforts as easily as we do not believe that the free upgrade offer will not be extended.
