Mimikatz is an open source program code written in C, released in April 2014. It is very powerful program, you support from Windows system memory for export code access, hashes, PIN codes, Kerberos credentials, pass-the-hash, pass-the-ticket and other hacking technology.
Available in two versions: x64 or Win32, depending on your version of Windows (32/64 bits).
Win32 does not have access to 64-bit process memory machines (like lsass), but can open 32-bit minidump under 64-bit Windows. Some functions they need administrator rights or SYSTEM token, so be aware of UAC from Vista version.
And windbg together, can even read the credentials of the virtual machine system.
