A publication of Moscow Times reveals that lawyers from Bubnov and Partners based in the Russian capital have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office alleging that the operating system (Windows 10) usesto collect information, thereby violating state laws.

In addition, the same source states that Duma deputy Vadim Solovyov also complained to the Attorney General's Office exactly the same behavior a week ago, arguing that Microsoft is violating Russian law by gathering data with the new operating system that could be used to spy on users. According to the complaint, a fine should be imposed on the company and the operating one should be banned directly by the country.
Microsoft has not yet commented on these categories, but the company has already explained in the past that all of these data collection features can be disabled if users like it.
