It may be hard to believe that almost two years have passed since the day that Mozilla ανακοίνωσε τα σχέδιά της για την ανάπτυξη μιας έκδοσης του προγράμματος browsing Firefox for Windows 8. Developing a browser that is friendly and functional on touchscreens was obviously somewhat slower than many expected.
Today, however, Mozilla announced the launch of the first public beta of its new browser, along with a new one name. The new name of Firefox in version 28 will be “Firefox Metro” and it will be Browser built for Windows 8 Touch, with “optimizations for Microsoft's Windows 8 Modern UI”.
