Its developers Debian they just released an update on it system. In this update you will not find news but only maintenance changes. Debian 8.0 was originally launched in April 2015, so three major upgrades in less than a year seems like a rather serious matter.

The programmers have announced this: “The Debian project is pleased to announce the third update of the stable distribution of Debian 8 (codenamed Jessie). This update mainly adds fixes for the issues , along with a few tweaks for serious problems”

At the moment, you can not download the latest version of Debian 8.3, as some files have not yet been released, but if you have Debian installed on your computer, you can download the new version through the usual upgrade process.
