The new page (you can find it at the end of the publication) seems to have been designed from scratch, not just to look different, but also to provide access to useful content.

The web page automatically adjusts to the size of each screen (computers, tablets, and smartphones).
As we have already noticed, since Steve Ballmer left, and took his place o Satya Nadella, the company is making very important changes. We've already seen staff reshuffle, separation from Nokia, along with numerous layoffs, new aggressive marketing strategies, and a "closer" relationship with the company's customers.
We do not mean, of course, the Windows 10 tracking, but the Windows Insider concept.
