Why can not you now play Super Mario 64 in your browser

A few days ago we announced the developer project Roystan Ross who developed the first level of the game Super Mario 64, with impressive accuracy and improved visual effects in motion.

We also mentioned that the players can play the game 64 with the program τους (browser) εγκαθιστώντας μόνο ένα plug-in utiny web player.

What happened; According to the developer, this project is no longer available for online play or any other downloadable format. So all the links we posted yesterday to download the standalone app have stopped working (mediafire and ).MediaFire violation

The developer received a Nintendo copyright infringement notice for both webplayer and standalone application build. According to Nintendo, the whole project is illegal. The developer Roystan Ross says:

"..I did not really expect this project to become so popular, and I was hoping that it would work mainly as an innovative educational tool. For those who find it interesting and have never played the original Mario 64, it is available from the service Virtual Console of Nintendo. ”

You probably understood very well what happened... For those who did not understand, here is one from the company page.Nintendo Virtual Console for Wii U

By the way, we hope the company does not sue us, asking for our copyright because we used our logo in the article.
