We inform Nokia Lumia users that the Finnish company has just released a new version of Cinemagraph in the Windows Phone Store, which now supports .gif photos.
For those who have never looked it up, the app allows users to animate one area at a time photos, so as to create the impression that the photo is alive. The result is called a cinemagraph and can be exported via social media, email and messages for as long as o user has a valid account Nokia.
The good news is with the latest update of the application, Nokia Lumia users will be able to export cinemagraphs as .GIF files, which are the most common files in animation photos.
In addition, Nokia in the new version includes some general performance improvements and also added location data to better integrate with Nokia Storyteller.
