The NSA collects your selfies for a face recognition program

Have you forgotten the NSA? You probably already know that your photos are not safe when you upload them to the internet. Until today there was the fear that someone would take them s user, and edit them with photoshop adding or removing things to expose you. But from today you should also think about the NSA in case you forgot about it.

NSA

According to The New York Times, NSA takes advantage of the photos it collects with face recognition technology along with emails, text messages, social networking conversations, teleconferencing and all kinds of communication in general.

The documents leaked by Edward Snowden show that service officials are convinced that the face recognition technique could revolutionize the way NSA locates information about its targets around the world.

A file leaked today is dated by 2011 and shows that the service collects millions of images every day, using them with facial recognition software.

So pay attention not only to the photos, but to every information you upload on the internet. No one can guarantee that they will not fall into the hands of a malicious user, or end up in the database of a self-proclaimed "protector."

But so much protection now….
