The 'Equation Group,' one team hackers believed to be working on behalf of the NSA are reportedly hacked.
Another group which calls itself 'The Shadow Brokers' claims to have infiltrated digital data of the Equation Group, and even started publishing the data online.
So far, it seems to be a stack of code, and it is not clear if the EQ worked for the NSA.
If you are looking for evidence, the GitHub has already deactivated the repo of the Equation Group, which, as Gizmodo points out, was in fact an auction at Bitcoin for those interested in seeing the data.
In addition to selling the data, Shadow Brokers is reportedly trying to sell the tools it used to hijack the Equation Group.
