Secret services, including the US National Security Service (NSA), were planning to install spyware on millions of Android smartphones.
The poject was first published on Wednesday by CBC news in collaboration with Intercept, and as reported by the news agencies he aimed to take advantage of it functional σύστημα smartphones γιά να εγκαταστήσει λογισμικό επιτήρησης.
The project was called "Irritant Horn" by NSA, and was designed to hack and hijack links that exist in popular app stores to direct them users in spyware.

The British GCHQ service has developed tools that target iPhone and Android devices.
These tools, had a cute name from children's TV cartoon characters "The Smurfs", and allowed the service to determine the location of a device with extreme accuracy, activate disabled devices and secretly activate the microphone without the owner's knowledge.
