Microsoft he revealed that Microsoft plans to release a new version today Office in the Long-Term Servicing channel Channel (LTSC) for Windows and Mac devices.
Microsoft Office 2021 will be the successor to Office 2019 and will be supported for five years from the day of its official release. Office 2019 and the upcoming Office 2021 are products of a device purchased with a one-time payment.
The new version of Office will bring new features and improvements to the application. Office LTSC is locked with certain features when released. Microsoft will provide updates security and debugging, but the application suite will not receive constant updates of new features such as Windows 10 or Microsoft 365 after its release.

The company plans to release a preview of Office 2021 in April 2021. The new version of Office will come as an app of 32 and 64-bit, and will include the OneNote app according to the announcement.
