OpenAI makes it the flagship of conversational AI accessible to all, even to people who haven't bothered to create an account.
However, it won't be exactly the same experience – and of course not all of them talks your will be included in data bot training, except and if you opt out. 
Starting today in a few markets and gradually in the rest of the world, visiting the page chat.openai.com it will no longer ask you to log in – although you will be able to do so if you wish.
So soon you will be able (the new function is not yet available in Greece) to chat directly with Chat GPT, which will use the same model that connected users use.
OpenAI will not lose with this move. Instead it will earn your data and ChatGPT will continue to train.
