The panoramic shots in one photo, have a serious limitation: They have to join several photos together that were taken at slightly different times. So to get a truly spherical 360 degree photo you have to manage to take a lot of photos from different angles at the same time. How is this possible? Until today we had to use too many cameras that "look" in different directions and are connected to each other in order to be able to shoot whenever we want. How would you like the idea if there was only one device that could do this?
The camera Panono, is a camera (containing 36 small cameras) in the shape of a ball that you can throw up. It is programmed to take pictures when it reaches the highest point of flight and therefore does not move, minimizing the blur caused by movement.
Once the Panono take all the photos needed to connect a 360-degree image process all the individual images, uploading them to the Cloud. That's where the algorithms that connect the photos take over to create a final that reaches 72-megapixel. Global photography is hosted in its Cloud Panono and you can view it through your phone or online from the Web.
