Papaki new mail requires changing passwords

We just received a new email from papaki.gr. We quote it as is:

Following the email we sent you on July 27 regarding an incident of unauthorized third party access to our systems and as an additional step to guarantee the security of your account, you should change it πρόσβασής σας στον πίνακα if you haven't already changed it from Saturday 29th July onwards.
To change your password, follow the “I don't remember my password” procedure found on the login page in the control panel or follow the instructions here.
Note that if you haven't changed your password before Wednesday 2 August 10am EET, we will automatically renew your password. This means that after this time, you will not be able to log into the Papaki dashboard using your current credentials and will need to proceed with the password reset process as described above.
Why do I need to reset my dashboard password?
As detailed in our last communication, an unauthorized third party may have gained access to personal data, including your Papaki dashboard username and password.
Over the past few days, our team has been implementing additional measures to strengthen the security of your account. These measures include the mandatory password reset of the control panel for all our customers.
What else should I do?
If you have not already done so, we remind you to implement the following security measures that we mentioned in the previous email:
1. Enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) to your account to increase security. Η 2FA strengthens access security by requiring two methods of verifying your identity. It will give you an extra layer of protection that you won't get with a simple password change. You can enable 2FA by following a simple process described here.
2. If you use any of our services such as mailbox, WordPress, databases access, FTP or other applications, we also recommend that you immediately change the passwords you use for these services.
3. If you use your Papaki login details for other external partners or services, we recommend that you also change those passwords.
You need more ;
We want to assure you that we are working non-stop to strengthen the security of our systems and make them as protected as possible against such incidents.
In case you want more information about the event in question, you can contact us at support@papaki.com. If you would like to know more about your rights as a data subject or would like to make a complaint, please contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@enartia.com.
We ask for your understanding and apologize for any delays that may occur when trying to contact our Customer Service Department.

Although the press releases will be from very select to rarely, I said to go ... because sometimes the authors are hiding.
