The new Patch Tuesday Microsoft's March 2020 patch includes updates for a total of 115 vulnerabilities. 26 of them have been classified as critical.
Of the 26 critical points, at least 17 affect them browser and various scripting engines, so if you use Microsoft browsers, you should update your system as soon as possible.
There are three vulnerabilities that allow remote code execution (Remote Code Execution or simply RCE).

On Windows 10 devices, all of these patches are accompanied by the latest cumulative updates. They are available through both Windows Update and the Microsoft Update Catalog.
Due to the large number of vulnerabilities that Patch Tuesday March 2020 fixes, it is recommended that you install the new updates immediately.
There are currently no reports of failed installations or unwanted system behaviors after updates.
