PortableApps 400+ applications running on USB

The PortableApps is one of the projects I have been following for many years. The project is constantly evolving, with regular updates to which new applications are added.

So, an idea that started in 2004 for the of a mobile version of Mozilla Firefox, today it has reached version 21.2.1 containing 400+ mobile apps (47GB) with over a billion downloads.

If you're not familiar with them, mobile apps ( Apps), is the raison d'être of the PortableApps project. These are versions of certain programs that don't need to be installed on a system to run. Instead, thanks to its monolithic architecture, the executable has all the necessary configuration files, so that it can be used on any computer without installation.

The PortableApps project has a wide range of portable applications that you can simply insert into a USB stick.

With USB, you can use your favorite applications on any computer.

All the apps it has on PortableApps are free. Here to mention that PortableApps does not contain pirated software in its platform, although in almost all commercial applications are released in portable versions.

But in the list of applications contained in its pages, you will find many free alternatives that do not require installation.

You can download the latest version of the application - download from the following link:
