Reuters: Apple's "beautiful" and "modern" SmartWatch (Apple Watch) seems to get very bad reviews from reviewers for battery life and slow loading of applications.
The SmartWatch is the first new product to be released by Apple CEO Tim Cook, and will hit the market on April 24.
“For now, the Apple Watch is for protopsconditions,” wrote Geoffrey Fowler of the Wall Street Journal. "I'm not going to pay $1.000 for the model I tested, only to see some major improvement come after a very long time."
All the reviews published today Wednesday report the poor battery life of the device - up to 18 hours, according to Apple - and the applications that take a long time to load.
"There is almost nothing I can do faster or better than a laptop or a phone other than maybe checking the time," wrote Nilay Patel, who did the review for theverge.com.

"If you can tolerate the one-day battery life, poorly designed applications and the inevitable devaluation, you can now wear the future on your wrist," Fowler told the Journal.
