Ryan Petrich, a well-known Cydia application developer, released a patch that fixes SSL vulnerability in iOS 6.x and 7.x.

Apple recently released iOS 7.0.6 to fix the "bug." The patch for this reason is essentially unnecessary, as there is no reason not to apply the official update from Apple.
The package is called "SSLPatch" and is available at a private Petrich repo at http://rpetri.ch/repo/.
