The Samsung Gear VR takes you back in history and into the workshop of the famous painter Rembrandt, for an unforgettable experience and knowledge of 17th century Holland.
The best thing about virtual reality views is that they can take you to fantastic places or meet people you'll never be in real life, such as the famous Dutch painter Rembrandt.
Η Oculus has teamed up with virtual reality studio Force Field for a Samsung Gear VR experience that will take you back to 17th century Amsterdam. The program Meeting Rembrandt (meeting Rembrandt), recreates the artist's home and surroundings, using an actress to play the role of the artist.
The Meeting Rembrandt puts you in the middle of the most remarkable events of the artist's life. You can even interact with him in his studio and see the creative process behind his most famous painting, "The Night Watch".
"It's like you're actually there, with Rembrandt, in his studio, in his home, and he's interacting with you and letting you understand why his work was so controversial at the time," says Force Field's head , Mr Arthur Houtman.
The promotion is now available at Oculus Gear VR for free. Since it was built for its VR platform Samsung, you will of course have to run, have Titan's heatdset and a compatible mobile phone such as Galaxy S8 or Note 8.
