Young owners smartphone of Samsung they complain for one error of RAM causing app restarts during multitasking.
The event in turn causes data loss in applications running in the background.
While the Samsung S6 and S6 Edge have 3GB DDR4 RAM, the memory management software seems to be very aggressive, and shuts down the background applications prematurely.
Device users have discovered that excessive memory usage RAM can be corrected by manually closing applications running in the background or restarting the device.
However, this can not be the solution for high end devices such as S6 and S6 Edge. According to a message posted on Facebook by Samsung Mobile UK, an update can address the problem.
Interestingly, the Android 5.1.1 changelog states that "RAM management has been improved." However, the S6 and S6 Edge devices run Android 5.0.2. One patch should probably be enough, but first Samsung should release it.
