Philips Display Stand and Universal One-to-One Base

Η MMD, the leading company and brand license partner of Philips Monitors, announces an all-in-one convenience solution for all offices.

With the brand new Philips USB Dock, users simply connect their laptop via a USB cable and place the display – with VESA specifications – of their choice in place. The result: easy access to all office peripherals and the Internet via a high-speed USB 3.0 s. Combined with a Philips display, the stand combines the benefits of productivity and comfort with an exceptional viewing experience.

• Compatible with 19 to 28 inch monitors with VESA specifications
• Integrated Ethernet for Internet connection
• The 3.0 USB hub gives laptops direct access to the office peripherals with a single cable

More connections, less cable clutter

The brand new SB4B1928UB USB Philips Connector Base consists of a stylish, ergonomic stand in which users can connect a new Philips screen of its choice or a screen already available on condition that it is VESA compliant (100 x 100 pattern holes). With the support of 19 to 28 inch screens (48 to 71), the new docking base gives users more flexibility to select (and switch) screens.
Η βάση είναι ιδανική για τα τελευταία μοντέλα ultra-thin φορητών chosen by professionals who are constantly on the go and work in multiple locations. Compensating for the biggest drawback of lighter and thinner laptops – the limited choice of connections – the new docking station provides a built-in USB 3.0 hub and Ethernet. "Users can simply log in and get straight to work," says Thomas Schade, Vice President EMEA at MMD. “And they also don't have to deal with cable clutter in their office. Thanks to universal USB compatibility, the new dock works with any laptop that has such a port. It gives users the ability to directly connect to office peripherals, the Internet and power with a single cable.”

Expanding the viewing experience

The base gives users the freedom to choose the screen size, resolution and technology that best suits their applications - up to the dazzling clarity of high resolution 4K UHD at 3840 x 2160 pixels. And if one monitor is not enough, users can connect up to six monitors to the dock via HDMI, DisplayPort and USB - also with a single USB cable between the dock and the laptop. This is an easy way to create a multi-monitor workspace for increased productivity without clutter.

The centerpiece of the office worker's wellness

Despite its all-in-one simplicity, there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to the design of Philips' new Docking Station. With the Philips SmartErgoBase design, the base can be raised or lowered, tilted and rotated to position the screen in exactly the right position for the user. The low height between frame and furniture ensures maximum reading comfort, especially for those who wear bifocals, trifocals or progressive lenses. And although the base, thanks to the connection with a single USB cable, eliminates the clutter in the desks, it has additional features of cables to keep the workplace tidy.

New SB4B1928UB USB Philips Connect Base is already available at the price of 179 €.
