Two new products were presented Seagate at this year's CES 2014 covering all needs for portable hard drives even for the most demanding users. The Seagate Backup Plus Slim has a sleek design and door USB 3.0 for fast file transfers while including Seagate Dashboard, the backup software that offers security with a single click.
Additionally, you can set up automatic backup of your Facebook and Flickr photo albums with full support for even photos you've been tagged for.
What stands out this year is the addition of a portable backup option Appliances. It has a USB 3.0 port, delivers transfer rates up to 220MB per second and is formatted as RAID 0. It includes, of course, the same backup software with the rest of the Backup Plus series including the portable copy feature.
